How to Use
Because of its cleansing properties, Selenite reactives your chakras and removes energy blocks. Here's the ways you can use it:
- You can use it to cleanse your other crystals by laying them directly on the Selenite.
- Keep Selenite near your nightstand or on your window sills to encourage positive, balanced energy.
- Pick up your Selenite and move the wand all around your body -using it as body scanner to remove energy blocks.
Cleaning Your Crystal/Intention Setting
Traditionally, Selenite doesn't need to be cleansed since it's a cleanser in itself. That said, if you notice your Selenite is not as strong as it used to be, or if you want to make sure there's no energy attached to it you can cleanse it by:
- Smudging your selenite with sage.
- Placing it in the sun or under the full moon for at least 4 hours.
- Placing it in a healthy plant or in soil for 24 hours.
