The Crown Chakra, or the seventh chakra, with the official Sanskrit name “Sahaswara”, means “thousand petaled.” It represents conscious energy and relates to enlightenment and deep thought. Hence, it’s found at the top (or the crown) of the head. It’s connects to the color white and violet. This chakra works great with Selenite Properties because they are both in tune with higher vibrations. Using them together is a great way to connect to your body and activate feelings of relief and happiness. Since they both work with the color white, they emit the same vibration and as a result increases healing properties. Remember, colors also have frequencies, wavelengths and vibrations too! Getting this chakra completely opened and balanced is very difficult. Some yogis refer to it as nirvana or bliss. However, working with all the chakras and working to balance the crown chakra will create more happiness and overall good health.
